Return: We have a 14day return policy, which means you have 14days after receiving your item to request a return.  Original shipping charges will not be return.

Damages and issues:
Receive any problems with the product, the first time to take a clear picture/video card to send to customer service, the store will give you a reasonable and compliant solution to reduce the trouble and trouble caused to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Metal unique product properties, no original quality issues. Artificial damage or other reasons affecting secondary sales will not be returned. If the return for subjective reasons to ensure that the packaging is intact, you can contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the goods to communicate and negotiate the return and exchange of goods, customers bear the freight, but also hope you can understand.
If the returned products are damaged or the packaging is missing, the store reserves the right to reject the return application.

Exchanges:Since the company is in China, all the goods are shipped from China, so the exchange takes at least 8-28 days, and the customer needs to pay the return postage.

Refunds: 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
